How to create real engagement with the readers of our blog? I talked about how I'm learning to write on my blog, how I've abandoned a cold and academic approach – at least I hope – and embraced a less rigid and personal one. Lately there's been a lot of talk about empathy and how it can help digital professionals emerge and be appreciated.
Today I want to have my say and try to answer a question: can a web writer really use empathy to communicate online? If yes, how? The web writer and the empathy of Cristiana Tumedei. Good question.
