How to create real engagement with the readers of our blog? I talked about how I'm learning to write on my blog, how I've abandoned a cold and academic approach – at least I hope – and embraced a less rigid and personal one. However, reading a post on Let's talk digital, I wondered if this involvement really exists, if it could be possible. Lately there's been a lot of talk about empathy and how it can help digital professionals emerge and be appreciated. Today I want to have my say and try to answer a question: can a web writer really use empathy to communicate online? If yes, how? The web writer and the empathy of Cristiana Tumedei. Good question. From the comments it emerged that I too have unconsciously used Phone Number Data empathy to try to gain greater appreciation for the posts I write. That post made me think and ask some questions. Is there empathy in online writing? In psychology, in general, the ability to understand the mood and emotional situation of another person, immediately, mainly without resorting to verbal communication. Empathy in the Treccani Dictionary. Well. If we listen to this definition, then no empathy is possible in online writing, for two precise reasons: we don't know who will read us; we cannot communicate in the same way with everyone. How can a blogger understand the mood of his readers? The only thing he can do, with all the necessary reservations, is to narrow down the field as much as possible, consider the theme of his post and try to imagine the reader on the other side.
